2021 Fashion Statements

2020 was not the ideal year for fashion at all. A majority of us sat around on unemployment in our houses as if we don’t own a shower. As 2021 rapidly approaches, so does the urge to start shopping. New year, a new wardrobe, right? In honor of the new year approaching, here are the upcoming trends in 2021

The 70s – Revisited

Have you ever seen that 70s show? Perhaps Jackie Burkhart’s style has intrigued you in some type of way? Well good news for you, the 70s are making a comeback! My favorite website for this styling of clothing is Shien.com. All clothing is durable for a great price.

Early 2000s

Jessica Simpson has been my style icon since I was at least 6 years old. The low rise jeans, logo crop tops, and her infamous dessert line. If anyone has been on the app Tik Tok app, you will notice Gen Z is wearing bright colors, butterflies, and tons of blue eyeshadow, as we did in the early 2000s!

A Night in Adams Morgan

After spending a weekend in Adams Morgan, D.C., I found that my personal fashion style had fit in quite well. They dress up to high fashion standards, even if its just a night in town.
